Dr. Jordan DeMarco is a 2016 graduate of Pennsylvania College of
Optometry where he also completed an ocular disease residency in
2017. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of
Pittsburgh in 2011 with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. DeMarco has a strong
interest in diagnosing and managing ocular disease as well as providing
comprehensive eye care. Dr. DeMarco is a fellow of the American
Academy of Optometry, and proudly serves his country as a member of
the 7250th Medical Support Unit. He and his wife, Heather, currently live
in Raleigh, NC and they enjoy travelling and spending time with their
dog.
Dr. Alan Byrd is a 1995 graduate of Southern College of Optometry and started Dr Alan Byrd and Associates in January of 1996. Dr. Byrd attended his undergraduate training at North Carolina State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree, and a Bachelor of Visual Science Degree. He and his wife, April, live in Fuquay-Varina.
Dr. Aaron Glass is a 2008 graduate of Southern College of Optometry and joined Dr. Alan Byrd & Associates with the goal of specializing in pediatric eye care. He completed his undergraduate training at Liberty University in 2004 with a BS in Biology with minors in chemistry and vocal performance. Dr. Glass has a passion for helping the one out of four children who is struggling in school because of an undiagnosed functional or perceptual visual disorder. He and his wife, Heather, live in Benson with their three sons.
Dr. Troy Swanson grew up in Angier and developed an interest in optometry in high school after needing vision correction himself. He attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN and graduated with honors in 2010. He has worked at MyEyes Optometry since then and has enjoyed establishing lasting relationships with his patients. He provides comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages and diagnoses, treats, and comanages many eye conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and dry eyes. Dr. Swanson and his wife, Jenna, live in Fuquay-Varina with their two children.
