Our team at MyEyes Optometry – Dr. Alan Byrd and Associates strives to serve our communities in a variety of ways, outside of our offices. We have relationships with the Raleigh Rescue Mission, the Lion’s Club, and other charitable organizations.

  • Lions Club – MyEyes Optometry has partnered with our local Lions Clubs to provide eye care and glasses for patients who qualify. Assistance request forms are available in each of our office locations, and patients apply with the Lions Club where they reside. MyEyes also collects donations of old glasses for our local clubs. The Lions Clubs, along with Lions International, are dedicated to preserving sight. Their motto is “We serve.”

In addition to serving the community, we also enjoy participating in community events! We have regularly attended local festivals, such as the Strawberry Festival in Garner, the Campbell University Street Fair, the Dunn Business Fest, and the Angier Crepe Myrtle Festival. Please visit our office Facebook page to see pictures from our past events and tag yourself in our photos!

We always love seeing our patients at these events, and we love meeting new people, too!
